4.1. Spell Casting Services & Consultations:

• No Refunds After Service Completion: Due to the intangible nature and the time and effort invested, refunds are not offered once a service is completed. Proof of completion (e.g., confirmation email, photo/video of the ritual if applicable and agreed upon) will be provided.

In certain cases where desired results are not achieved, the spell may be recast on behalf of the client at no additional cost.

• Client Cancellations: To cancel a booked service, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations within this period may qualify for a full or partial refund or credit toward future services, at our discretion. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
• Cancellations by Satori Eterna: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any service at our discretion, including for ethical reasons or unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued for any prepaid services.

4.2. Esoteric Products:

• Returns: If you are unsatisfied with a physical product, please contact us within 10 days of receipt to arrange a return or exchange. Products must be returned unused and in their original condition.
• Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us immediately with photographic evidence if you receive damaged or incorrect products so we can arrange replacements or refunds.
